What is Breathwork?

Breathwork training involves a variety of different breathing exercises that allow the client to improve not only their breathing but their emotional, physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Did you know that most people are not breathing correctly? Incorrect breathing can be the result of stress, anxiety, accidents, illness, injury and trauma. Over time the body compensates and compromised breathing becomes the new normal. Breathwork training can help restore optimal breathing. Reported benefits of breathwork include:

What to Expect

All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom and can be provided to clients anywhere in the world.

An average session is about 30-40 minutes. During the session the client will be guided through a personalized breathwork practice.

Sessions require the client to spend the majority of time sitting or lying down in a comfortable space without distraction.
