Payment

Credit Card, PayPal and Venmo

Payment is due at the time of booking.  Cancellation requests for full refund may be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.  Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Disclaimers

Wandering Tide Wellness does not employ medical doctors, veterinarians or individuals trained in psychology nor do we offer medical, veterinarian or psychological care.  If you have medical, veterinarian or psychological concerns, please seek care from a licensed physician or specialist.

Wandering Tide Wellness protects Client information in accordance with applicable laws.

Client understands that by providing information via the Contact Request form on this Site or through linked social media accounts/pages, Client is agreeing to share their email address and contact information and Client agrees to be contacted by Company.  Wandering Tide Wellness does not share Client information outside of the Company.

Terms & Conditions

Consent

Consent for sessions must be provided by the individual Client or the individual's legal caretaker.  Children under the age of 18 will require consent from a parent or legal guardian.  Emotion Code®, Reiki and Animal Communication is also available for pets.  Consent from the owner is required.

Company-Client Relationship

Wandering Tide Wellness reserves the right to end a Client relationship, at any time, without prior warning.  If an existing session package has been purchased by Client, the remaining prorated portion of the package will be refunded through the original method of payment.

Intellectual Property

Company Site contains intellectual property owned by Company including proprietary information and other intellectual property.  Client may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the content or intellectual property, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

By posting or submitting any material (including, without limitation, comments, posts, testimonials, photos, videos) to Company via Site or other linked social media accounts/pages (Instagram, Facebook), Client acknowledges Company has the right but not the obligation to use and display any Client postings or contributions of any kind and that Company may elect to cease the use and display of any such materials (or any portion thereof), at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Use of Site & Linked Social Media

Use of this Site and any linked social media accounts/pages is at Client's sole risk.  Any information on this Site and linked social media accounts/pages is provided without any representations or warranties of any kind.  Company accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the use or misuse of the information contained on this Site and/or linked social media accounts/pages.
